A regisztr\u00e1ci\u00f3 t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9vel azonnal t\u00f6rl\u0151dnek a szem\u00e9lyes adatok. Az \u00e9rintett \u00e1ltal megadott b\u00e1rmely szem\u00e9lyes adat t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9r\u0151l az adatkezel\u0151 a GDPR 19. cikke alapj\u00e1n, elektronikus \u00faton t\u00e1j\u00e9koztatja az \u00e9rintettet. Regisztr\u00e1ci\u00f3 n\u00e9lk\u00fcl t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 v\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1s eset\u00e9n ugyanazokat az adatokat kell megadni, mint a regisztr\u00e1lt v\u00e1s\u00e1rl\u00e1s eset\u00e9ben.<\/p><p>A Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 \u00e1ltal szolg\u00e1ltatott adatok megad\u00e1s\u00e1nak c\u00e9lja a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s ig\u00e9nybev\u00e9tele, az Adatkezel\u0151 \u00e1ltal ny\u00fajtott szerz\u0151d\u00e9ses szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s teljes\u00edt\u00e9se.<\/p><p>Az adatkezel\u00e9s id\u0151tartama, az adatok t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9nek hat\u00e1rideje: Ha a GDPR 17. cikk (1) bekezd\u00e9s\u00e9ben foglalt felt\u00e9telek valamelyike fenn\u00e1ll, \u00fagy az \u00e9rintett t\u00f6rl\u00e9si k\u00e9relm\u00e9ig tart. A szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3nak az egy\u00e9b felt\u00e9telek azonoss\u00e1ga eset\u00e9n \u00fagy kell megv\u00e1lasztania \u00e9s minden esetben oly m\u00f3don kell \u00fczemeltetnie az inform\u00e1ci\u00f3s t\u00e1rsadalommal \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u0151 szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s ny\u00fajt\u00e1sa sor\u00e1n alkalmazott eszk\u00f6z\u00f6ket, hogy szem\u00e9lyes adatok kezel\u00e9s\u00e9re csak akkor ker\u00fclj\u00f6n sor, ha ez a szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s ny\u00fajt\u00e1s\u00e1hoz \u00e9s az e t\u00f6rv\u00e9nyben meghat\u00e1rozott egy\u00e9b c\u00e9lok teljes\u00fcl\u00e9s\u00e9hez felt\u00e9tlen\u00fcl sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges, azonban ebben az esetben is csak a sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges m\u00e9rt\u00e9kben \u00e9s ideig.<\/em><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>A sz\u00e1mviteli jogszab\u00e1lyoknak megfelel\u0151 sz\u00e1ml\u00e1t ki\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n a 6. cikk (1) bekezd\u00e9s c) pontja.<\/p><p>A szerz\u0151d\u00e9sb\u0151l ered\u0151 k\u00f6vetel\u00e9sek \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9se eset\u00e9n a Polg\u00e1ri T\u00f6rv\u00e9nyk\u00f6nyvr\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 2013. \u00e9vi V. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny 6:21. \u00a7-a szerint 5 \u00e9v.<\/p><p><em>6:22. \u00a7 [El\u00e9v\u00fcl\u00e9s]<\/em><\/p><p><em>Ha e t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny elt\u00e9r\u0151en nem rendelkezik, a k\u00f6vetel\u00e9sek \u00f6t \u00e9v alatt \u00e9v\u00fclnek el.<\/em><\/p><p><em>Az el\u00e9v\u00fcl\u00e9s akkor kezd\u0151dik, amikor a k\u00f6vetel\u00e9s esed\u00e9kess\u00e9 v\u00e1lik.<\/em><\/p><p><em>Az el\u00e9v\u00fcl\u00e9si id\u0151 megv\u00e1ltoztat\u00e1s\u00e1ra ir\u00e1nyul\u00f3 meg\u00e1llapod\u00e1st \u00edr\u00e1sba kell foglalni.<\/em><\/p><p><em>Az el\u00e9v\u00fcl\u00e9st kiz\u00e1r\u00f3 meg\u00e1llapod\u00e1s semmis.<\/em><\/p><p>H\u00edrlev\u00e9l k\u00fcld\u00e9se c\u00e9lj\u00e1b\u00f3l kezelt adatb\u00e1zis:<\/p><p>A h\u00edrlev\u00e9l k\u00fcld\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben megadott adatok: Vezet\u00e9kn\u00e9v, Keresztn\u00e9v, E-mail c\u00edm.<\/p><p>A h\u00edrlev\u00e9l k\u00fcld\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben opcion\u00e1lisan megadhat\u00f3 adatok: Orsz\u00e1g, V\u00e1ros<br \/><br \/><\/p><p>Az Adatkezel\u0151 c\u00e9lja, hogy \u2013 \u00f6sszhangban a gazdas\u00e1gi rekl\u00e1mtev\u00e9kenys\u00e9g alapvet\u0151 felt\u00e9teleir\u0151l \u00e9s egyes korl\u00e1tair\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 2008. \u00e9vi XLVIII. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny (a tov\u00e1bbiakban: Grt.) 6. \u00a7 rendelkez\u00e9seivel, a Szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sra vonatkoz\u00f3an \u2013 id\u0151szakosan, az aktu\u00e1lis rendezv\u00e9nyeit, illetve prom\u00f3ci\u00f3it, programaj\u00e1nlatait \u00e9rint\u0151en, illetve szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sa kapcs\u00e1n t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1ssal keresse meg a Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3t e-mail el\u00e9rhet\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9n kereszt\u00fcl. Jelen adatkezel\u00e9s jogalapja a Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 kifejezett \u00e9s \u00f6nk\u00e9ntes hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s\u00e1n alapszik, melyet k\u00fcl\u00f6n nyilatkozatban tesz vagy amennyiben e c\u00e9lb\u00f3l megadja szem\u00e9lyes adatait. A cookie-k t\u00e1rol\u00e1s\u00e1t az \u00c9rintett a b\u00f6ng\u00e9sz\u0151j\u00e9nek megfelel\u0151 be\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1s\u00e1val megakad\u00e1lyozhatja, azonban felh\u00edvjuk figyelm\u00e9t, hogy ebben az esetben el\u0151fordulhat, hogy ennek a honlapnak nem minden funkci\u00f3ja lesz teljes k\u00f6r\u0171en haszn\u00e1lhat\u00f3. Az Adatkezel\u0151 az adatv\u00e1ltoz\u00e1st a k\u00e9relem be\u00e9rkez\u00e9s\u00e9t\u0151l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott 8 napon bel\u00fcl teljes\u00edti. Ha a megadott szem\u00e9lyes adat a val\u00f3s\u00e1gnak nem felel meg, \u00e9s a val\u00f3s\u00e1gnak megfelel\u0151 szem\u00e9lyes adat az Adatkezel\u0151 rendelkez\u00e9s\u00e9re \u00e1ll, a szem\u00e9lyes adatot az Adatkezel\u0151 automatikusan helyesb\u00edti.<\/p><p>Adatt\u00f6rl\u00e9s<\/p><p>A Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 jogosult arra, hogy k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re az Adatkezel\u0151 indokolatlan k\u00e9sedelem n\u00e9lk\u00fcl t\u00f6r\u00f6lje a r\u00e1 vonatkoz\u00f3 szem\u00e9lyes adatokat, az Adatkezel\u0151 pedig k\u00f6teles arra, hogy a Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3re vonatkoz\u00f3 szem\u00e9lyes adatokat indokolatlan k\u00e9sedelem n\u00e9lk\u00fcl t\u00f6r\u00f6lje, k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen, ha az al\u00e1bbi indokok valamelyike fenn\u00e1ll:<\/p><ol><li>a) a szem\u00e9lyes adatokra m\u00e1r nincs sz\u00fcks\u00e9g abb\u00f3l a c\u00e9lb\u00f3l, amelyb\u0151l azokat gy\u0171jt\u00f6tt\u00e9k vagy m\u00e1s m\u00f3don kezelt\u00e9k;<\/li><li>b) a Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 visszavonja az adatkezel\u00e9shez adott hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s\u00e1t \u00e9s az adatkezel\u00e9snek nincs m\u00e1s jogalapja;<\/li><li>c) a Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 a jogos \u00e9rdeken alapul\u00f3 adatkezel\u00e9s ellen tiltakozik;<\/li><li>d) a szem\u00e9lyes adatokat jogellenesen kezelte az Adatkezel\u0151;<\/li><li>e) a szem\u00e9lyes adatokat az adatkezel\u0151re alkalmazand\u00f3 uni\u00f3s vagy tag\u00e1llami jogban el\u0151\u00edrt jogi k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g teljes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez t\u00f6r\u00f6lni kell.<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ol><p>Az Adatkezel\u0151 a fenti esetk\u00f6r\u00f6k fenn\u00e1ll\u00e1sa eset\u00e9n sem k\u00f6teles t\u00f6r\u00f6lni a kezelt szem\u00e9lyes adatokat, amennyiben az adatkezel\u00e9s sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges:<\/p><ol><li>a) a v\u00e9lem\u00e9nynyilv\u00e1n\u00edt\u00e1s szabads\u00e1g\u00e1hoz \u00e9s a t\u00e1j\u00e9koz\u00f3d\u00e1shoz val\u00f3 jog gyakorl\u00e1sa c\u00e9lj\u00e1b\u00f3l;<\/li><li>b) a szem\u00e9lyes adatok kezel\u00e9s\u00e9t el\u0151\u00edr\u00f3, az Adatkezel\u0151re alkalmazand\u00f3 uni\u00f3s vagy tag\u00e1llami jog szerinti k\u00f6telezetts\u00e9g teljes\u00edt\u00e9se, illetve k\u00f6z\u00e9rdekb\u0151l;<\/li><li>c) statisztikai c\u00e9lb\u00f3l vagy archiv\u00e1l\u00e1s c\u00e9lj\u00e1b\u00f3l, illet\u0151leg tudom\u00e1nyos \u00e9s t\u00f6rt\u00e9nelmi kutat\u00e1si c\u00e9lb\u00f3l, amennyiben a t\u00f6rl\u00e9s val\u00f3sz\u00edn\u0171s\u00edthet\u0151en lehetetlenn\u00e9 tenn\u00e9 vagy komolyan vesz\u00e9lyeztetn\u00e9 ezt az adatkezel\u00e9st;<\/li><li>d) jogi ig\u00e9nyek el\u0151terjeszt\u00e9s\u00e9hez, \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez, illetve v\u00e9delm\u00e9hez.<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ol><p>Tiltakoz\u00e1s adatkezel\u00e9s ellen<\/p><p>A Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 jogosult arra, hogy a saj\u00e1t helyzet\u00e9vel kapcsolatos okokb\u00f3l b\u00e1rmikor tiltakozzon szem\u00e9lyes adatainak a jelen szab\u00e1lyzat szerinti, jogos \u00e9rdeken alapul\u00f3 kezel\u00e9se ellen (jelen szab\u00e1lyzat alapj\u00e1n a h\u00edrlev\u00e9l-szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s, valamint a kamer\u00e1s megfigyel\u00e9sen \u00e1ll\u00f3 adatkezel\u00e9s alapul jogos \u00e9rdeken). Ebben az esetben az Adatkezel\u0151 a szem\u00e9lyes adatokat nem kezelheti tov\u00e1bb, kiv\u00e9ve, ha az Adatkezel\u0151 bizony\u00edtja, hogy az adatkezel\u00e9st olyan k\u00e9nyszer\u00edt\u0151 erej\u0171 jogos okok indokolj\u00e1k, amelyek els\u0151bbs\u00e9get \u00e9lveznek a Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 \u00e9rdekeivel, jogaival \u00e9s szabads\u00e1gaival szemben, vagy amelyek jogi ig\u00e9nyek el\u0151terjeszt\u00e9s\u00e9hez, \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez vagy v\u00e9delm\u00e9hez kapcsol\u00f3dnak.<\/p><p>Adatkezel\u00e9s korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s\u00e1hoz val\u00f3 jog<\/p><p>A Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 jogosult arra, hogy k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re az Adatkezel\u0151 korl\u00e1tozza az adatkezel\u00e9st, amennyiben az al\u00e1bbi felt\u00e9telek egyike teljes\u00fcl.<\/p><ol><li>a) a Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 vitatja a szem\u00e9lyes adatainak pontoss\u00e1g\u00e1t, ez esetben a korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s arra az id\u0151tartamra vonatkozik, amely lehet\u0151v\u00e9 teszi, hogy az Adatkezel\u0151 ellen\u0151rizze a szem\u00e9lyes adatok pontoss\u00e1g\u00e1t;<\/li><li>b) az adatkezel\u00e9s jogellenes, \u00e9s a Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 ellenzi a szem\u00e9lyes adatok t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9t, \u00e9s ehelyett k\u00e9ri azok felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1nak korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s\u00e1t;<\/li><li>c) az Adatkezel\u0151nek m\u00e1r nincs sz\u00fcks\u00e9ge a szem\u00e9lyes adatokra az adatkezel\u00e9si c\u00e9l teljes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez, de a<\/li><\/ol><p>Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 ig\u00e9nyli azokat jogi ig\u00e9nyek el\u0151terjeszt\u00e9s\u00e9hez, \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez vagy v\u00e9delm\u00e9hez;<\/p><ol><li>d) a Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 tiltakozott az adatkezel\u00e9s ellen, ez esetben a korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s arra az id\u0151tartamra vonatkozik, am\u00edg meg\u00e1llap\u00edt\u00e1sra nem ker\u00fcl, hogy az Adatkezel\u0151 jogos indokai els\u0151bbs\u00e9get \u00e9lveznek-e a Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 jogos indokaival szemben.<\/li><\/ol><p>Amennyiben az adatkezel\u00e9s a fentiek szerint korl\u00e1toz\u00e1s al\u00e1 ker\u00fcl, \u00fagy az ilyen szem\u00e9lyes adatokat a t\u00e1rol\u00e1s kiv\u00e9tel\u00e9vel csak a Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1sa mellett, vagy jogi ig\u00e9nyek el\u0151terjeszt\u00e9s\u00e9hez, \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9hez vagy v\u00e9delm\u00e9hez, vagy m\u00e1s term\u00e9szetes vagy jogi szem\u00e9ly jogainak v\u00e9delme \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben, fontos k\u00f6z\u00e9rdekb\u0151l lehet kezelni. Amennyiben az adatkezel\u00e9s korl\u00e1toz\u00e1sa felold\u00e1sra ker\u00fcl, \u00fagy a korl\u00e1toz\u00e1st k\u00e9relmez\u0151 Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3t az Adatkezel\u0151 el\u0151zetesen \u00e9rtes\u00edti e t\u00e9nyr\u0151l.<\/p><p>Adathordozhat\u00f3s\u00e1ghoz val\u00f3 jog<\/p><p>A Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1sa alapj\u00e1n, illet\u0151leg a szerz\u0151d\u00e9s teljes\u00edt\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben kezelt szem\u00e9lyes adatok tekintet\u00e9ben a Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 jogosult arra, hogy a r\u00e1 vonatkoz\u00f3, \u00e1ltala az Adatkezel\u0151 rendelkez\u00e9s\u00e9re bocs\u00e1tott szem\u00e9lyes adatokat tagolt, sz\u00e9les k\u00f6rben haszn\u00e1lt, g\u00e9ppel olvashat\u00f3 form\u00e1tumban \u00e1tadja sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 jogosult arra, hogy ezeket az adatokat egy m\u00e1sik adatkezel\u0151nek tov\u00e1bb\u00edtsa an\u00e9lk\u00fcl, hogy ezt akad\u00e1lyozn\u00e1 az az Adatkezel\u0151, amelynek a szem\u00e9lyes adatokat a rendelkez\u00e9s\u00e9re bocs\u00e1totta. E jog gyakorl\u00e1s\u00e1ra kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag a hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1son vagy szerz\u0151d\u00e9s teljes\u00edt\u00e9se jogalapj\u00e1n kezelt szem\u00e9lyes adatok tekintet\u00e9ben van m\u00f3d.<\/p><p>A Nemzeti Adatkezel\u00e9si \u00e9s Inform\u00e1ci\u00f3szabads\u00e1g Hat\u00f3s\u00e1g elj\u00e1r\u00e1snak kezdem\u00e9nyez\u00e9se<\/p><p>A Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 a Hat\u00f3s\u00e1gn\u00e1l bejelent\u00e9s \u00fatj\u00e1n vizsg\u00e1latot kezdem\u00e9nyezhet arra hivatkoz\u00e1ssal, hogy a szem\u00e9lyes adatai kezel\u00e9s\u00e9vel kapcsolatban jogs\u00e9relem k\u00f6vetkezett be, vagy annak k\u00f6zvetlen vesz\u00e9lye fenn\u00e1ll. A Hat\u00f3s\u00e1g vizsg\u00e1lata ingyenes, a vizsg\u00e1lat k\u00f6lts\u00e9geit a Hat\u00f3s\u00e1g el\u0151legezi \u00e9s viseli. A Hat\u00f3s\u00e1ghoz tett bejelent\u00e9se miatt senkit sem \u00e9rhet h\u00e1tr\u00e1ny. A bejelent\u0151 kil\u00e9t\u00e9t a Hat\u00f3s\u00e1g csak akkor fedheti fel, ha ennek hi\u00e1ny\u00e1ban a vizsg\u00e1lat nem lenne lefolytathat\u00f3. Ha a bejelent\u0151 k\u00e9ri, kil\u00e9t\u00e9t a Hat\u00f3s\u00e1g akkor sem fedheti fel, ha ennek hi\u00e1ny\u00e1ban a vizsg\u00e1lat nem folytathat\u00f3 le.<\/p><p>B\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1g el\u0151tti jog\u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9s<\/p><p>A Felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3 a jogainak megs\u00e9rt\u00e9se eset\u00e9n az Adatkezel\u0151 ellen b\u00edr\u00f3s\u00e1ghoz fordulhat, a per elb\u00edr\u00e1l\u00e1sa a t\u00f6rv\u00e9nysz\u00e9k hat\u00e1sk\u00f6r\u00e9be tartozik.
