On the nose mushroom and leaf dominates the scent with ripe medlar and candied orange peel. On the palate rose-hip marmalade, dried apricot, and nutty flavors lead the sip.

The rainy cyclone experienced in the autumn of 2024 posed a significant risk to the sweet harvest, as the cracked berries began to dilute internally. The berries gradually lost their acidity, the sugar levels did not increase quickly enough, and the shriveling of the aszú berries started only sluggishly. Every single moment of the test harvest therefore, became critically important. We began bringing in the clusters for the late-harvest wines on September 23, while the aszú harvest could only start later, on October 18, in the Holdvölgy vineyard. Through careful and experienced selection, we once again succeeded in collecting Zéta, Furmint, and Hárslevelű berries of Holdvölgy quality, ensuring that our Culture 6 puttonyos Tokaji Aszú can be produced once again.
A tokaji aszú wine is unique and limited. It is about unrepeatable and exceptional
uniqueness just like the most important moments of your life. Furthermore, a premium quality aszú wine preserves its value even for a century. This allows us to recall our most cherished memories with just a sip, using bottles made from fruit harvested in the year as the event.
Tokaj Aszú wines are released eight years after the harvest. Based on Holdvölgy’s experience, this is the optimal time for the wines to reach the maturity needed for exploration. To ensure customers can enjoy wines from significant vintages for themselves or their loved ones, these wines can be purchased before their official release year.
