To begin the registration process, click the "SIGN UP" icon located in the upper right corner of the page. Fill out the registration form by entering your Last Name, First Name, and Email Address. It is also necessary to read and accept the current Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy. All other fields on the form are optional.
Optional fields, including your birthdate, country, and preferences for newsletters and special offers, enable us to provide you with more personalized offers and updates in the future. On your account page, you can also add important dates, such as your child's birthdate, other birthdays, wedding anniversaries, and more. We will send you reminders and suggest wines and selections tailored for those occasions.
On the shop's homepage, you can browse and select the products you want to order by visiting individual product pages and clicking the "Add to Cart" button. For some products, you'll also have the option to select a gift box. You can track the items you’ve added to your cart, along with the total amount and the free shipping threshold, by clicking on the Cart icon that appears on the side. From this cart view, you can either proceed directly to the Checkout page or continue shopping by adding more products to your cart.
On the checkout page, after you've entered your billing and shipping information, it's important to double-check your order details. Next, select from the available shipping and pickup options. Following that, choose your preferred payment method. If you have any special delivery requests, please include them in the comments section. Finally, complete your payment online, noting that cash on delivery is not an option when ordering wine-tasting tickets.
There is no special process for placing a company order, but two things must be kept in mind: you must provide the company's name and tax number, as this is the only way to issue the correct invoice.
We offer delivery to foreign addresses, but only within the EU. Currently, our online store automatically calculates shipping costs only for addresses in Hungary.
When providing a foreign address, you can submit your order request on our website; however, payment cannot be processed at this stage. Your request will be forwarded directly to our export team, who will contact you within two business days to provide information about shipping costs and estimated delivery time. Once you choose the appropriate shipping solution, an invoice for bank transfer will be issued based on the details you provided. After payment is completed, we will ship the products to the delivery address you specified.
Shipping fees for international orders can vary by country and may change over time. Therefore, we are unable to provide a standard shipping rate. Our goal is to ensure that we select the most cost-effective shipping method for each order, which is the purpose of the above-mentioned process.
At present, we can only offer delivery within the EU, as we are restricted by regulatory reasons outside of it.
On our website, you can select from three secure and fast payment options: Barion, Revolut, and Google Pay. Please note that we do not store any payment information, so it is not possible to save your payment details on our platform.
The Barion servers are protected by 2048-bit TLS encryption provided by Norton/Symantec/Verisign, ensuring a high level of security that can be verified in your browser during the payment process. If the payment and the payment page owner are confirmed as Barion Payment Inc [HU], your browser will display a green indicator. Barion also holds the PCI DSS certification required by card companies, allowing it to safely handle credit card data. The Revolut payment processes are secured with 2048-bit SSL encryption, ensuring that all data transmitted is protected. Additionally, any personal information shared with third parties, such as names and email addresses, is converted into numbers to maintain anonymity and enhance data protection.
You can use embossed VISA and Mastercard cards, some VISA Electron cards, and appropriate solutions from Revolut. The ability to use VISA Electron cards for online transactions depends on the issuing bank.
Our website does not accept these payment options. Only card payments and cash on delivery are available, with cash on delivery limited to Hungarian shipping addresses.
Payment with any co-branded card is possible if it is suitable for online transactions and is based on MasterCard or VISA.
After the customer selects the credit card payment option on the merchant or service provider’s website, the payment process begins, and the customer is redirected to the bank's secure payment page. To complete the payment, the customer must enter their card number, expiration date, and the 3-digit CVV code located on the signature strip on the back of the card.
Once the transaction is initiated, the card undergoes real-time authorization. During this process, the validity of the card details, available funds, and purchase limit are verified. If all the information is correct, the bank that issued the card temporarily blocks the payment amount on the customer’s card. The actual charge to the account will occur within a few days, depending on the policies of the card-issuing bank.
A failed transaction typically occurs when the bank that issued the card does not accept the payment instruction. However, problems can also arise due to issues with telecommunications, IT systems, or input errors from either the customer or the bank, which can prevent the authorization request from reaching the issuing bank. Some common causes of failed transactions include:
Cash on delivery is available for orders placed in our webshop. This means you can place your order without making an online payment. The total amount due is paid in cash when you receive the package from the courier. Please note that this payment option is only available for orders of wine and/or gift boxes, and it applies only to deliveries within Hungary. For deliveries to foreign addresses, the order and payment process will be different. Are there options available for international shipping? If your cart contains wine tasting tickets, the order must be finalized using an online credit card payment. This is because the tickets are sent immediately to the email address provided at the time of purchase after the order is placed.
The ordered products will be delivered to the address you provided during checkout, based on the shipping options you selected while making the payment. We utilize either a courier service or the Posta MPL solution for delivery.
If you choose a courier service, the shipping fee is 3,900 HUF (gross) for orders below 25,000 HUF, regardless of weight or location. For orders over 25,000 HUF, we offer free shipping within Hungary.
Our MPL service is based on weight, with the following categories: 0-10 kg: 1,990 HUF (gross) ; 10-20 kg: 2,990 HUF (gross); 20-40 kg: 5,990 HUF (gross). Please note that neither MPL nor any other service provides package point delivery through our webshop. This limitation is primarily to ensure the safe delivery of wines. Additionally, MPL delivery always takes 10 or more business days.
For wine tasting vouchers, shipping fees do not apply since they are sent electronically. However, if you would like physical tickets mailed within Hungary for 500 HUF (gross), you need to add the postal delivery service to your cart on the wine-tasting product page.
Free shipping is available on orders of 25,000 HUF or more.
The ordered products will be handed over to the courier service within 1-2 business days after receiving the order. The service provider usually delivers the package to the given address within 1-2 business days, so the total delivery time is typically 3-4 business days. MPL Postal package delivery may differ, and the shipping time can take 10+ business days.
During holiday periods, especially before Christmas, delivery times may be longer due to the increased workload of the service provider.
Tickets are automatically sent via email by our system immediately after purchase to the provided email address, attached to the email.
Postal delivery is also available, but it must be requested in advance. You can select this option when adding the product to your cart on the wine tasting product pages. Please note that postal delivery incurs a fee of 500 HUF, regardless of how many tickets you order.
We offer international shipping within the EU; however, our webshop currently calculates shipping costs automatically only for Hungarian addresses.
If you provide an international shipping address, you may submit an order request. Direct online payment is currently only available for purchasing wine-tasting tickets. Other products cannot be paid for through our website at this time. Your request will be forwarded directly to our export department, and they will contact you within two business days to provide information about shipping costs and delivery times. After you select the appropriate shipping option, a proforma invoice will be issued based on the details provided. Once payment is made, the products will be shipped to the address you provided.
Please note that foreign shipping fees and delivery times can vary significantly between countries and may change over time. For this reason, we cannot offer a standardized shipping fee structure. Our goal is to ensure that the most advantageous shipping method is selected for each case, and this process supports that aim.

In-store pickup is currently available only at our winery located at Hungary, 3909 Mád, Árpád u. 13, every day from 10 AM to 3 PM. Please be aware that this schedule may change on holidays, and we will provide updates on our website and social media channels. If a wine tasting tour is taking place during your planned pickup time, there may be a wait, and our staff might not be able to provide your ordered wines immediately. To avoid any delays, we recommend calling ahead to arrange a pickup time by contacting +36 70 391 46 43.
In-store pickup at the winery is free of charge.
