MEMORIES TREASURED IN WINE

When purchasing tickets online, they are always sent by email as well. This means that showing the email itself, or the digital or printed version of the ticket, serves as proof of purchase at the venue.

Tickets purchased online are not tied to a specific date or time (unless otherwise stated on the product page, for example in the case of a specific event). Therefore, they can be used at any time within 12 months from the date of purchase and may also be transferred to another person.

Online orders can only be finalized through online payment, as the tickets are sent immediately after purchase to the email address provided in the order.

If postal delivery is also required – for example, when the ticket is intended as a gift – this must be requested directly on the wine tasting product page by adding the “postal delivery” item to the cart. The delivery fee is 500 HUF.

If the courier delivery option is selected at checkout, the ordered wines and packages will be delivered within 3–4 working days anywhere in Hungary. During the holiday season, this delivery time may naturally be longer, so we recommend placing your order on our website by 12:00 p.m. on December 18 at the latest. Please note that postal delivery always requires a longer processing time.

International shipping is currently available only within the European Union. For each order, we always strive to find the most suitable and cost-effective delivery option, so the shipping fee and delivery time are arranged individually. To ensure that all packages arrive in time for the holidays, we recommend placing orders with international shipping addresses before December 10.
